I have extended link options for these.
We put 30mm longer links Front & Rear in our 95 when we did the lift a few weeks ago.
If anyone wants longer than that, it is no probs. We have a few options we can offer.
Regards, Jason.

Here is a couple of pics of the links on ours.
The Standard link is stretched even on the STD suspension at droop.

New longer links on rear. Allow more Droop & dont bind up like the old ones.

Hi Glen,
I just have read tru some and found there is full lift kits as below.
http://www.btv4x4.com/btv/products.php
Seem like this if you change the upper arm, you have to change the part below as well.
What do you think?

Since we are moving the upper arm to come out from body..
Just my sense.

Anyway, if you're keen on a kit like that I'd recommend you contact them, because there's simply not enough information on the site to decide whether any of the kits are suitable for the Prado.glen_ep - engineered, 4" lift, 33" 255/85R16, lockers, 4.88 ratios www.pradopoint.com.au/showthread.php?17237 www.youtube.com/user/glenep www.fb.com/groups/ToyotaPrado90

I mostly agree with what MDST has said, except, that I think they may be ideal for some people who spend most of their time in muddy tracks. If you drive harsher terrain like rocks, I've always felt any bigger than 33's is too much strain on the drive line - and I guess I've proved that by breaking multiple CV's on rocks. However, in your country, you probably have a lot of muddy tracks, and your vehicle modification rules are probably more relaxed than ours... if that's the case, why not consider it?

Wheeling in the rocks and over a year without breaking. They are damn expensive but is a good option and more for you since you have arb on front.

Thanks for the info MDST... but for now, I'm going to stick with my weak link theory
I have no doubt stronger CV's are possible, and that they'll take me further down the track, but it'll definitely increase the stress applied to other parts. Then, which parts will be next to break; Diff? Prop shaft? Transfer case? Steering tie rod end? Hub/spindle? For the moment, I feel more comfortable to simply bring a spare CV. Maybe I'll change my tone if/when I get past 10 breakages like the USA guys are.glen_ep - engineered, 4" lift, 33" 255/85R16, lockers, 4.88 ratios www.pradopoint.com.au/showthread.php?17237 www.youtube.com/user/glenep www.fb.com/groups/ToyotaPrado90
