    Here it is the website is now live, the site is designed to be informative and we will be updating it regularly. It also has contact details on it, we will continue to use the forum with updates as well.       Hi Richoson,

      The website is very good & the GTG sounds great, thanks to the committee for all of your work.

      I'm sure I'll have more questions, but for now my 1st question is, Have I read this correctly in that, the only campsites that we need to have our own water (for 1 night) is at Landcruiser Mountain Park or Charlie Moreland State Forest for those that are going there?

        Hi Lawrie

        That is correct, each day we will be passing through country towns that have drinking water available. Landcruiser Park and Charlie Morelands have limited showering water, please read be prepared to provide your own hot water showers. Well before the kick off we will have the full details available on these two sites. All questions welcome.

          Hi Folks

          Details on the particulars will be posted in the near future. With regards to the trip it will be a touring event and we will be moving twice during the event.

          We will be within an hours drive from a town or village that will have fuel, supermarket, pub facilities at all times. You will alos have the opportinuity to vary the "Rating" of the transit that you request to suit your requirements. Whilst we will be in the SEQ area there will be the opportunity on Rating 3 drives for low range.

                    The Trailers page looks good. Will have to put up more footage as it comes in. Bring on more Reccy's I say.
                    Its almost as much fun watching it back as what it was being there. I think we need to invest in some GoPro's though.

                      Hi Folks

                      Tonight we had a meeting preparing for the next recce last weekend in June. We will be able to put more details on the intinerary after the weekend and also some definate timing on requirements for camping area bookings.

                      This recce is the first trial run for timing so look for the video footage on the GTG website after the recce as it is always has some great footage and commentary.

                      Look forward to seeing you at the 2011 GTG.

                        Hi Richoson,

                        I would be keen to come for a drive with you guys while you're conducting the recce's. Unfortunately I cant make it the last weekend in June but if you have any more planned I'm eager to tag along if possible.

                          I really appreciate the GTG website, itinerary, more specifically the Mobile Phone Signal options, I LOVE the fact there will be none, then my Blackberry will not work, so the office can leave me alone for the week... SWEEET...
