Min Vehicle Requirements will be posted soon on the forum and the gtg.pradopoint.com website but...
There will be tracks suitable for all levels of driver skill and vehicle. There will be scenic drives through to a few tougher touring and day trip days so each vehicle will be scrutineered and then possibly held back from certain tracks if the MVR's for that track aren't met.
Things like roadworthy vehicle, self recovery items, communication and safety items will be mandatory and other things like tyres (type/condition), suspension etc... will dictate which tracks the scrutineers allow the participant to travel on.Cheers, Leon

GTG Attendance
Committee,
I would like to attend but due to QLD School Holidays being the two weeks prior to the GTG I will not have any leave left and the kids will be back at school. I am wondering if it is okay to come up and do the Noosa part of the GTG as it is the weekend or do you have to attend the complete GTG.

I would suggest that rating 1 / 2 would be the option for you, we have planned to have everybody leave at a reasonable hour i the morning 8.00 - 9.00 am and then into the campsite by around 3.00pm. The distances aren't large around the 100km - 150kms at an average speed of 30km/hour.

ok swmbo has granted me bail, so you can count me in.
just the 2 of us, myself and my 13 year old son
in prado and 14' avan ray caravan (extends to 20')
accommodation for camp site 1 and 3 are booked
campsite 1: gtg is from tues 4/10 but some are arriving mon 3/10. who is going mon and who is going tues to camp 1 ???
still deciding on camp site 2 ???? what to do, hmmm, thinking charlie moreland ??? how many others are going here for camp 2?
campsite 3: there are only 2 powered sites available as of today 21/7/11. so if you want a powered site best to ring asap i guess.
is there a list of who is going when and where?
will be great to finally meet you guys and gals !!
