Just a few pics from the Recce we are currently doing. More details later, however Wooley managed to fail to proceed over a dune (no trailer) that Both myself and MLC cleared with Campers in tow, so the 150 is getting a ragging. MLC managed to get bogged today, 6 maxtrax and a winch had him back on the track.

By the looks of it, seems like a good idea that I got a set of Maxtrax for Christmas. Not sure how my Prado with camper trailer will go if 3 out of 4 Prados got bogged.

We won't be taking trailers anywhere near the beaches down here, nobody would even contemplate a trailer on that beach. If we run a trip down that beach it will only be for the experienced hardcore drivers looking for a challenge. We went down the beach at Straddie yesterday at mid tide at 22psi and it was all good. The sand here looks finer than the SA sand so maybe that's the difference?

The lowest I've been down to is 8 psi in my old hilux coming out of Bornholm Salmon Holes near Albany in WA. I found even going from 10 psi to 8 made a big difference.Can't we just keep travelling?
