We were thinking of bringing a trailer but have decided it will be easier to just tent it. So for the overnighter in the bush will there be plenty of room to set up a tent?
We are getting very excited now, trying to organise the last few toys for the prado over the next few weeks.

    Cheers Matt
I have not travelled the "non trailer route" yet, 3 other committee members or so have.
I should know the answer to that in 2 weeks as u can see I organised another reccie for that route.
I assume there would be ample space as this is what is required if we might have 20+ car loads going that way.
Will come back if you don't get an answer from someone else.

    • With only 7 weeks to go till the start of the GTG I am wondering if there are going to be shirts for the event and if so when do you want to know our sizes so they can be ordered?

What did you just say? Oh no you didn't! Did you? Wash your mouth out... WTF?? 7 weeks?

Erm, I guess I better get a move on! What, with the current 120 up for sale and my eye on a 150, I'll have a lot of things to do before I go (assuming, that is, that how I've planned things at work doesn't get interrupted by some CEO in another state who decides he wants things done a different way, thereby precluding my attendance!).

                  • I may have missed this, but do we need to do anything re mansfield holiday park, or has the commitee booked it all? What's the cost on arrival for these two nights, and what's the cost for the camp at Talbotville?

                    • What we need is some wet weather followed hoards of Hilux drivers. That'll roughen up any track.

Nearly out of time, but to make something this good takes time, trust me from what I've seen these shirts are worth the wait.
We will be taking orders this week. Well done to Josh & Kathy with the shirts!
