    The leather is the most disappointing thing on my Kakadu, it's cr@p basically. Only the inserts/facings are leather, the sides and back are vinyl. Yes there a "wetseat" covers available and canvas ones also.

    No headlight protectors? I'd rate those as more important than the bonnet protector.

      Interesting comments regarding the leather/vinyl...

      For some reason I haven't used headlight protectors for some years so thought i'd run the gauntlet. On my last car i didn't have the bonnet protector initially, however within the first week i had a chip right where the protector would go :cry:

      At this stage they've quoted end of May as a worst case however they are hoping to firm this up over the next day or so.

          They're so unnecessary on the prado. One of the sales pitches I got when buying mine was taking to the lights with a hammer.

            I agree Wooley...

            The headlight protectors were really only good for the older cars that still ran the glass headlight.

              Well I've noticed some big scratches on my headlights and thought for the sake of $60 (got mine from Autobarn) I may as well cover them. I assumed the headlights had glass lenses on them. Is that not correct?

                One of my head light protectors got smashed by a big rock thrown up by a truck. There's no way it wouldn't have at least badly scratched the headlight with out a protector.

                  Headlights are polycarbonate. Don't think they have been using glass for many years. Not saying they unbreakable, but they will take a huge hit. They will scratch but you can polish out minor scratches
                  White 2012 GXL 150 TD Auto. Work in progress. Aiming to spend less than when I kitted out the 120!

                      Yes drive-away price - NSW - 2013 build and complied. Biggest issue at the moment is the dealer is now quoting delivery mid-late June

                              Must be quite advanced in features given the year model. What happens when you hit 88MPH? What fuel powers the propulsion device?
