    It's a sad reality that the Mt Mee SF is being turned into the D'Aguilar National Park. It would appear that this area is going to be lost to us all.

    And then there would be the forestry areas that are up sale along with Forestry Plantations Queensland (FPQ).

      Sounds like we need another SEQ trip to Mt Mee in the near future

      Silver 2005 GXL Prado, Petrol, auto, gold plated rated recovery points, 60ltr Waeco, Vacation Camper, Gunyah side shade, 265/65 17R Pirelli Scorpian ATR tyres (x4) and 1 new Grand Crapper (spare), Max Air II plus still lots of recovery gear!! And PradoPoint sticker!!

      Wish list - ARB steel bull bar, 2 inch lift, dual battery system, snorkel, milford cargo barrier, black widow rear draw system and rear lockers as well as new bash plates for the ones I have trashed. Oh and yes a 150!!!

        Spender... always plenty of enthusiasm... just finding time to act it out these days is where the challenge lies.

          Temporary Road Closures
          This alert is valid from 21 July 2009 to 25 August 2009 (inclusive) and it applies to the following parks:

          Mount Mee State Forest and Forest Reserve
          Visitors are advised that vehicle access is temporarily restricted south of May Creek Rd through to Lacey's Creek Rd due to current road works. Alternative access is available by taking the Wirth Rd exit off Lacey's Creek Rd to enter via May Creek Rd. Visitors may also encounter temporary road closures while maintenance to fire breaks park wide is being undertaken. Please observe all signage regarding these works. All other main entrances remain open including access to park facilities and camp grounds.
