Re: Warranty Issue------HELP!!!!
Hi Black Prado Chick,
My reply is probably completely irellevant but we both got our 120s at the same time and I used to read your messages and enjoyed your enthusiasm for your new Prado. I am now back to Prado Point as I'm getting a 150 (finally, pick up Tuesday). Browsing the discussion now and saw your predicament and I'm really sorry you're having this hassle. Nothing I can do or say about it other than hope you hang in there and keep that determination you had.
Like you said, your wedding is another matter, but I reckon a good vehicle becomes part of your lifestyle and family as it is used in our exciting and mundane events. I was pulled into line by my enthusiasm for the new 150 yestday by my granddaughters (5,7,8). We had been following the tracker from the production line, to on the high seas and we were a bit concerned about pirates getting the Prado for a while, then eventually it made it to the dealer and I got the call to bring it up and they would give me a loaner while they swapped over BFGs. dual battery etc. However what raised the most excitement is that when I pick them up from school on Monday arve it will be in the loaner which will probably be an old bomb with those "window windy thingys like in the olden days". What's the point in worrying eh. Cheers and I hope it all works out for you, they fix it and you have a fantastic wedding.
