ARB Penrith New Store Open Day 30/07/11

I was compensated Terry by the store but things like this shouldnt be allowed. I ended up fitting all the joins myself. The fitment of the actual snorkel to the body was ok except where they decided that where they cut the holes didnt need to be repainted the actual fitment was good. The salesman that I dealt with couldnt be more helpful then he was when I sent him and head office the photos of the snokel and oher things I had done. Head office were ready to roll some ones head big time. So, no it shouldnt of happened but did, they couldnt do enough for me when I complained (and had photos) replaced a few other parts they stuffed with actual better then factory, and offered me a reduced price in the prado I have now to get things fitted, BUT two prados, two stores, more then 5 stuff ups, no thanks. Hey I noticed your in Glenmore Park (same as me), roughly where at without actually putting up your address ?? I am just off Kiber, 2 streets off Surveyor's (spelling) Regards Steve

Waste of time

Well what a waste of time that was
But what else would you expect.
After all the promises I did not see anything that wasnt the same price that other dealers will offer everyday.
Best price, super special deal on ARB fridges today was the same price as other dealers on any day day of the week, bunch of tossers.

So I went directly across the road and bought a fridge from them instead :lol:

The chicky babes they hired were nice though
