Hi'a Playdo,

I don’t know how deep your question goes, so please don’t think I’m telling you how to suck eggs.

The first and most important thing is that your picture is somewhere on the web already. At the moment pictures cannot be uploaded to the forum, so you have to upload them somewhere on the web your self.

A lot of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) allow you a certain amount of web space when you have an account with them, eg. Optusnet allow me 10meg.

Once you have your pictures hosted somewhere, all you need to do is as follows.

Reply or create a post as usual and click the “Img” button below the Subject line and “[img]”%20will%20appear%20in%20your%20message.%20After%2 0the%20“[img]”cut%20and%20paste/write%20the%20web%20address%20of%20your%20picture% 20and%20click%20the%20“Img*”%20button%20and%20you% 20should%20see%20“”

I have put “ “ around things so that I don’t confuse the server, but when you do it, the “ “ will not be there.

Then to see if it worked, hit the preview button and, wallah (don’t forget to also hit the submit button when you are happy everything is OK).

Clear as mud!

Paul.

I am a bit of a computer novice you might say ops: . I know how to email pictures as it gives you the option to resize photos to send in a email.
So if you were to post photos on a forum do you need to compress it, if so how or what program?. Or do you need to host it on the web as paul said above?.

open an account (free) at www.photobucket.com
Upload your pics to that page, there is step by step instructions
Once your photos are uploaded, copy the tag line (the one on the bottom row) which will be designated IMG
Paste the tag line into your forum post

and this is the result.................

HF Bracket is a bought item.

With the larger BFGs it was a pain to fit as the tyre actually squashes onto the bracket a bit when tightened. I just used a whole bunch of washers to space the wheel back just enough.
