So, after our trip to Stockton overnight, I found I had wrapped up a cricket in my swag. He is no longer with us 
but his last stand was to eat a hole in my swag canvas.....
So, bit of an Internet search, could not find a whole lot of helpful advice, so I went direct to the manufacturer to ask advice, their response was "we will send out a repair kit in the mail this afternoon."
Gob smacked? Yes I was.
So, customer service is not dead, just in hiding in som places....
