Well if your allowed to have any vehicle you want, get something you could normally never afford anyother way, like an exotic sports car, because with vehicle leases, you are not allowed to modify the vehicle, so if you did go for another Prado, you cant put aftermarket accessories on it.

I know someone with a monster/engineered 4x4 under lease. If you get them on the vehicle pre delivery, they are part of the lease ie; gst & tax free. They do however, add to the capital cost of the vehicle thus the FBT is higher as it is worked out on a percentage of capital cost & KM 's driven.

Well I had a talk with the missus, and what I'm going to do is get a people mover(most likely a honda Odyssy) because we (she) plans on having a couple more kids, which she would get after the lease is up.
If I get a prado it would mean that I would most likely be tied down to my current job longer (not that I have a bad job I just want to keep my options open).
AndyI had mental issues when I owned a Discovery.......But it's sorted now!
