I do the right thing on the tracks, but I'd love to let loose in a soggy paddock with rear locker on!! I'd just like to point out that the AWD system in the Prado doesn't have an open centre differential they use a Torsen diff. In a non VSC equipped Prado you would probably get away with not locking the centre diff and that has been my experience on Stockton beach and others.
As for hooning - bring on the Darwin Awards - except it's often not the driver who gets to remove their DNA from the gene pool.
