  • Anyone chasing a new set of maxtrax

    Prado point community. I have just noticed a release from Rays Outdoors stating that they are having an Australia wide sale ending this weekend that offers VIP member 26.5% off store wide. Rays have a heap of good TJM recovery gear but the best find would have to be the fact that they stock Maxtrax. This means that this weekend only VIP members can pick up a set of Maxtrax for $216.82!

    If your in the market for Maxtrax, this is the best price I have ever found!
    Avoiding all eye contact I shamefully stare down at my muddy feet and softly announce... "My name is Dale and I am a 4WD accessories addict".

    Was about to post the sale but you beat me to it. Here's the link to a set of Maxtrax.

    I'm wondering what is the contents of the cheaper TJM snatch strap kit. The pic shows a lot of stuff but not as much in the description.

    EDIT: Rang the local store and it is only a snatch strap and 2x 16mm shackles. The Tigerz11 kit appears better value http://tigerz11.com.au/products/RECO...T-TESTED-.html

                I reckon BCF should better the prices, rather than riding off someone elses loss leading product

                  BCF, Rays, and Supercheap are owned by the same parent company.

                      There was only 1 set left at stones corner (bris) store when I left this morning. Looks like a few people have jumped in and cleaned them out. At that price it's a no brainer- 2 sets now ready for mounting on my car

                        The picture is MK1 Maxtrax, can someone confirm if they are MK1 or MK2?

                        thanks

                          The ones in the photo are MK1, not MK2, just watch as you can't stack the old style and new style neatly, I have a set of each and it's a pain in the arse as they take up more room.
                          One of these days i'll fond some one with another missmatched set and swap so a couple so I can stack them.

                            I should have been clearer with my question;

                            I am aware the advert display's MK1 Maxtrax, just wondering if they are actually supplying MK1 or (by chance) MK2.

                            Thanks again.

                            Bernie.

                              Not sure if Mark 1 or mark 2 but at $216 which is what I paid today, who cares. I will check tomorrow but how do you tell them apart? Neil
