I got mine from Beaurepairs but I found that the standard Prado chrome nuts have the taper on them so you could use them in a pinch .

When I updated the axle on my trailer we opted to have metric threads, but Vehicle Components did not sell metric wheel nuts. A couple of calls to the local wreckers and found a set from a rav4 m12 x 1.5. Best thing was the price. If you come with a wheel brace and get them you can have them for free. Now have the trailer and car same thread, and a spare set of tapered nuts in case I need to run a trailer spare on the car. (Bought Prado Steel wheels 17 x 7.5 $115 each) .
