180 Series Prado - what changes would you make?

hahaha.. you call a Prado 150 a bargain price?

All of Toyota's vehicles are becoming a joke, facelift Hilux went to to 17" wheels on all models, ahh cool finally they have put disk brakes in the back... NOPE they just put bigger rims on them. The Reverse camera on the SR5 looks like a pimple on the rear tail gate, massive after thought that was.

The Dual Cab cruiser doesn't come with child car seat restraints, you have to pay an engineer to have them fitted, GXL model comes with facotry lockers, but no auto option. ..

A Prado upgrade for us turned out to be of no extra benefit or in fact 'Upgrade' other than having an auto, less fuel capacity, black interior only. I'll stay with the 120 until it's falling apart and move onto something different.

Symo was stating that we want them at a bargain price not that they are.

The dual cab cruiser didn't come about to suit the needs of families. The big mining companies wanted it so Toyota made it. That's why there is no anchor points. If the dual cab came in an auto it would habe been a serious contender when I bout the 150 although I still think it is over priced.

Been waiting since the 90 series and eventually gave in and bought a 150 v6 petrol ( under suffrance) could'nt wait any longer......

There was an article recently about productivity commission recommending the removal of the luxury car tax and allowing parallel imports now there's no local manufacturing industry which would drop the price of some vehicles by up to $20k. Of course they won't due to all the vested interests in keeping it high.
