  • Tyredog TPMS Issues

Have had my TPMS since Nov 2013. Today one sensor started to read alarm pressure over - 60 psi. and when I took it off low warning 20 psi which are my settings. Reset everything - took sensors off tyres cleaned. Not sure what the problem is but as the system is under warranty have been in contact with Tyredog.

But thought I would try for a few clues here.

Try changing the battery, sometimes that can cause weirdness.

I changed the batteries about 3 weeks ago. Might take them out and see what happens.

The TyreDog disty is very good to deal with. I had a sensor that was reading 2PSI high. Took it to them, I didn't have the receipt, they tested it and agreed it was faulty and swapped it on the spot.

The button batteries are the ones which came with it from Tyredog only last November. Took batteries and put them back in again.

Now only one sensor is reading so I have taken it out of the car and will be sending it back Monday.
