Lol no thanks MJ, I'm actually about to rip it up and replace with buffalo, it's so painfull to keep it looking good mow it 2 to 3 times a week in summer luckily it's not a big yard. I've just hit it with round up so should start to die off in a week or so... Was trying to convince the wife to move to acreage but too far from her work where I like. I certainly wouldn't be mowing the grass 2 to 3 times a week then lolCheers Steve
