I think this is a definite safety risk, and could end up making our neighbourhoods look hideous. Thoughts?

Surely it has to be a joke, there's enough graffiti eyesore around as it is, would be better
to introduce mandatory jail sentences for anyone caught doing graffiti than this sort of thing.

It'll be useless in Sydney , half the population can't speak read or write English . Yet they manage to obtain drivers licenses .

I think it will be too distracting, can you imagine how screwed up the texts are going to be if the driver glances at the road now and again and sees an advert?
