    IIRC for cars younger than 10 years and under 160K km you should have 90 days warranty from the yard you got it from for remediation of faults

    Used car statutory warranty
    Applies to all dealer-sold passenger cars with less than 160,000km and under 10 years old and not exceeding the luxury car tax threshold. The warranty is valid for three months or 5,000km from date of purchase. This warranty will cover most items on a car relating to safety, reliability and roadworthiness.

      Well credit where credit is due. I was anticipating some resistance from the dealer but in the end they fixed all the issues I had so overall I'm pretty happy with the service provided.
      [B]2010 GXL Prado D4D Auto[/B] - ARB Deluxe winch bar, Roadsafe recovery points, Rhinorack Pioneer platform, AMTS fuel filter/compressor combo bracket with FM100 filter and ARB compressor, Maxtrax, TIN175 transmission oil cooler bracket and tranny cooler. I'm sure I'll find something else....
