TV Antennas

Hi All,
just got a new 60'' Sony LCD and it wont pick up many of the free channels ( ABC , 10 , 21 , 22 , 24) the existing ,
antenna I've got has been working perfectly since digital came and I still get a perfect picture on the DVD recorder and the second TV so is it the new TV is more finely tuned or do I need a new antenna to suit it or could it be the new TV ? hoping it's not that as taking it back is not a good idea WAY too big LOL any how thanks in advance................

I'd be taking the Sony back or getting a house call, though check first the fly
lead and that you haven't got any antenna attenuation set, look for something
like "local" and "distant" in the settings and set for distant etc.

Thanks for that Leigh turns out my mate said try taking the antenna lead out spray it with WD 40 and would you believe it WORKED !!! seems theres no end to that stuff it's amazing ....................
