I've got a wotif getaway page keeps popping up aross my screens. Every time I close it, it comes back. Anybody else have this problem today?

Really annoying popup ads
Hi
Can anyone tell me how to turn off these really annoying WOTIF popup ads that jump over EVERY window. I don't mind the regular banner ads but this ones over the top. I am a corporate member so my membership tells me it can be turned off. The trouble is where! I've scoured through my profile settings, done several searches, looked in FAQs but it's not in plain sight. Any help please?

What browser are you using?
Im using google chrome & all you do is download & install the google adblock plugin for the browser and hocus pocus - no more annoying popup or banner ads on any website - ever!!

I'm using Chrome. Thanks for the tip. But Financial membership is supposed to give you the option of turning them off - but there is nothing on the membership page (on the setting link they give you) to be able to turn the ads off. No options at all. Am I missing something or has someone screwed up when the built the Paid Subscriptions page?Comment

A lot of the ad companies are constantly figuring out ways to circumvent popup blockers - so id say that they have figured out how to get around the generic ones used in this site.
Just get a good pop up blocker for your browser and you can rid them for good! Take that advertising!
