    While we're hijacking threads, my gripe is people who upgrade their low beam headlights to the brightest bulb on the market.
    Inconsiderate w@nkers. I've upgraded mine as standard Prado are poor but not to that level of brightness. It's inconsiderate to other road users.

    Brighter high beams or spots, that's fair enough but low beams is equivalent to driving around with fog lights on all the time IMO.

      Yep because the lightbar is going to do more damage to a pedestrian then the bullbar.

        Those cops in Mansfield are well known for being over the top.
        I attended a multi sport event recently which involved, running, cycling and kayaking.
        The Mansfield cops must have heard about it as they set a road block just up the road from the event registration and booked all the cars carrying kayaks on their roof racks as oversized loads.
        Way to go promoting the area as a great sporting tourism destination.....
