I recently took a new model Prado for a drive and left wondering why I would change.
So I'm wonder what the pros and cons are for changing from the old 150 to the 2016 150 (3.0 1KD-FTV to 2.8 1GD-FTV ). No doubt I'm at risk of starting a war, along the lines of why change from the 120 to 150.
As far as I can see at the moment;
PROs
- Quieter
- New Injectors
- Better steering?
- Better gearbox?
CONs
- DPF
- No real world power improvement
- Two over-drive gears?
- Can't fit a voltage diode
Am I missing something?
