Add photos to a thread

www.postimage.org will only let you post a thumbnail as far as I know?

You can post full size photos by using http://photobucket.com/

Once you have joined Photobucket, you can upload photos, and then click on the "IMG" tab to copy and paste them into a PP thread.

Actually, postimage will let you do whatever you like.

Just upload the photo, then copy the 'Direct link', paste it into your forum post and then wrap it in img tags like this:



Result is the full size image:

A thumbnail preview is a better option to help spead up down load time and then if people want to have a closer look they can just click the thumbnail and see the big picture.

Depends on the photo size and quality you upload.

The link rod image above is only 36kb. The original is 6.1MB. Would definitely be a pain to have people downloading heavy images in a thread. You can also resize images during upload with Postimage.

I always tune the size and quality down before upload so they don't consume much bandwidth.
