Please would someone check and fix the error message on trying to post and also the lack of "new posts" shown.

I am also seeing some of these Invalid SQL issues, Have flagged it in the admin forum for Aaron to deal with.

I also got the Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM cacheevent error too, and the "New Topics" display is corrupt.

Piggy do you have access to the vBulletin admincp? Namely the Maintenance > Repair/Optimize tables section?

Hi All, well its taken me some time to find this thread.. I have posted to a few threads over the past few day, and noticed that my post counter was not going up. Now I notice what is happening here with the SQL error. I was trying to create "my build" thread and can not due to this error.

yes as you know error when posting , in reality error on just about everything ,weather post button , editing , uploading a photo , lots sa conflicts there, then refresh page and sometimes worked ,sometimes not , even like button error .

I get errors when I try to subscribe to a thread (but it looks like it works if I refresh the page) and when I try to post (same - gives error but post is there in the thread).

I for one would really appreciate a bit more information about what is going on, what the problem is and why is hasn't been or cant be fixed. I am sure if admin is too busy then there would be members knowledgeable enough and willing to help but all we seem to get is total silence about these issues.

I would like support your post JonLynn by perhaps using the like button , but of course that has an error code .

i find it very hard to post or up load photos or almost anything else cuz of the error codes . sometimes a post works after reset on page but pictures are another story , and only after a number of attempts and error codes something seems to happen either double posts or no picture or stuck on upload or it just suddenly worked without a clear reason ,. tricky indeed , i suppose there are not many reading the 90 series these days so its not such an important poster , still it would be more rewarding for posters to have better functions .....


Although this is clearly a winge.... sorry i know there are admin people that do there best with what they can do and with the time they have ,, much appreciated as all that effort is so we can post and share information.... i sympathise , but as Jon has mentioned their is little to no feed back on these issues , because of that we are posting a winge..

prado-admin Aaron, i have posted in another thread but posting here too. If you have no further time or interest in the forum feel free to contact me, i have a number of dedicated servers to host the site and a lot of experience with vbulletin. I just want to see this place continue, its too good of a resource to lose. I'm afraid with all these errors stacking up there wont be anything left to salvage if nothing is done soon.

This place is certainly suffering some issues. In Mac Safari nothing appears when the page is loaded, unless you turn off Javascript. Then, you can see the page content but of course some features do not work. And as many have pointed out, not only do you get SQL cacheevent errors when posting but also postflood messages if you refresh the page; interestingly, however, the post still goes through (confirmed by disabling JS and refreshing the original thread).

Correct.. All errors have been noted and lodged as requests for Aaron. I find a SQL error after Everything! literally.. But if you refresh the page it has actually done what you wanted originally.. I'll reflag it all again...
