Thank you, I must admit that having seen others banned for constantly complaining I am reluctant to post what I think about the state of how the forum works. This is such a shame as it is a really useful source of information and has knowledgeable and helpful members.
It has been several days now since LowRange posted offering servers and/or experience with vbulletin, his offer appears to have been ignored? I belong to several other vbulletin forums such as the Fortuner one, these seem to function very well so what is the difficulty here?

Others are banned when they breach forum rules. Trolling, abusing other member or Admin staff are one surefire way to go as well.. No one is removed for complaints.

Is anything happening to fix the problems? I'm still (for example) getting pop-up SQL errors when I reply to a topic. It's been going on for a while now.

I am unable to post a message as I have reached the limit of so many topics.
In trying to delete "all" I sometimes have one deleted and other times none
Any ideas .
On the matter of photos the full link from Photoimage shows as

In preview of above the photo appeared and a copy of link location shows as
https://i.postimg.cc/5YMW1Qj3/Solar_on_roof_bars.jpg

How would one change this all to fit the "link" URL or is it broken

G'day,I'm getting SQL warnings for both posting messagers and uploading pics,although with the messages if I hit the back button and then goes back to my posting the message has posted but not the pic.

As many of you would have seen there has been some major issues last week. Basically a new server/host etc were needed. Prado-Admin will do a longer post in the next few days to explain it all further. Hopefully this is a step forward to an easier to use forum with more reliability.

Thank you for getting the forum back on line again.
I hate to moan but I have noticed a couple of issues re uploading pictures.
Have I remembered correctly that the largest size allowed is 97 kb's ? I can understand wanting to save bandwidth but surely this is way too small?
Also I tried to remove a photo and found the "remove" feature did nothing so I cannot remove the photo to replace it with a better one.

In regards to some not being able to upload/use an Avatar, would some who have no avatars please try it now? (Normal users should be able to do Avatars, Paid members can also do an animated avatar.)

Thank you very much for your help, I have tried again and this time written down the results, here is what happened:

I first tried again to delete my picture, this was by going "edit" on my post then "remove" from within the edit page.
Nothing happens and the photo is still there. My usual browser is Firefox so I logged in using internet explorer, I thought this would eliminate any cookies or settings wrong my end.
Exactly the same result, picture not removed.
I then tried to upload another picture from within the same edit page. This time I tried deliberately with the original size of nearly 4 Mb to see what error I got. As you posted above I got the message "maximum size 2 Mb"
Spurred on by this I reduced the picture to 597 Kb and tried to upload, this time the fail message was "file of 1.39 Mb exceeds the limit of 97.7 Kb" WTF?

Edit: Admin, I just tried the insert image, and added Mr Pussy above, works for me?
Are you using the > upload attachments or advanced editor> insert picture method?
