Hi again everyone,
One of my biggest complaints about this vehicle is that the passenger side front door panel only allow for rising/lowering the passenger window. It would be great if the passenger could firstly lock/unlock doors (without having to reach over to the driver side), and then less importantly possibly even control multiple windows. When I check the parts diagram, it seems that this is how passenger side door control panels mostly are. Has anyone added such a control? If adding an OEM panel to the passenger door is not possible, I am thinking putting an aftermarket control in the center accessory slot might be a good idea. Anyone have any idea how easy it would be to do that and/or recommend some parts to do so?
Also, unfortunately my vehicle has a bit of a bad smell especially when I turn on the rear air-conditioning. I am wondering if dust has settled in the system, ducting, etc. Anyone know a good and reliable way to clean the A/C system out? I have used some sprays before on other vehicles that I put into the blower fan and it comes out of the drip pipe, but that was with a less sophisticated airconditioning system.
