Does anyone know why the abovementioned COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH (PNC 62111C part number 62111-60161-A1) is held in by a strange fastener called a "Clip No. 1 For Cowl Side Trim" but it is really more like a plastic nut with three holes in it ?
Just curios why this odd looking fastener that -- as far as I can tell -- is not used anywhere else on the vehicle. Seems like the fastener is PNC 62117B part number 90467-06183.
