Well I fitted one of these yesterday. I'd say about an hour to get the head unit in, then two hours to fit the camera and run the cabling.
A couple of tips.
1. Be careful when you pull out the centre of the dash, I accidentally pulled the heater cable of the back of the unit. Only realized this once I was driving home last night, when I tried to switch the heater on. Wife not happy, kids in pajamas cold...
2. Watch the 4 bolts that secure the centre of the dash. One of my captive nuts fell off.
On the whole I am happy with the unit. As has been said throughout this thread, Matt is very quick to respond to questions.
Problems?
My only one is that the 'back' arrow during navigation mode doesn't seem to work. I'll email Matt on Monday and see if he has a fix.
