Hi Marc, got your pm, so here is the info...
I took a shot of the strut to confirm part number.
Yes, they are TDC 974-H struts.
The front has settled down after about 600kms to 805mm on the drivers side, and 800mm on the kerb side . Bear in mind though, I don't have a second battery up front. My dual battery setup is a portable unit, that I carry up back, and charge through a redarc with heavy cable under the body. I have a 3000w inverter in the same box. Very handy unit!
Also, I haven't fitted a winch as yet, so only have the weight of the bar and winch cradle.
Also, I put in the fully assembled strut which comes with TD top hats. Could this have something to do with the difference?

I also have batteries in back, portable style.
I would have to say that the weight of our cars would have to be very close to the same then.
I wonder if there is any difference in the top hats?
I was led to believe that they were OEM Toyota that they use in the assemblies, maybe not?
You still have 20mm more, I just dont get it

custom made spring from King springs..they are the heavies but thicker gauge and longer..

Changed the poxy ARB globes for the blinkers and parkers to LED on the weekend.
Got these on ebay
Okey dokey, another crap ARB design, what a friggen hassle to change a globe.
They couldnt have just fixed the housing via the outside instead of the inside could they, like everyone else, nahhhhh, that would be too easy
Anyway, I just fitted them and they fit in the housing no problem.
Parkers are good
But the blinkers are so bright that they make the lens appear quite yellow though!
But in all honesty, I didnt really compare them before so maybe they are the same as before??
