Niiiice! Looks like a very productive day. I like the look of the tray and how additional support is provided by the bolts up high and the fact that they will accomodate a full N70Z size battery. Did you have any issues with the relocate of the power steering reservoir?.

Yeah was pretty easy. As long as you have everything you need to do the job. You have to move a few brackets and also cut away two of the three legs used on the original power steering bracket. All in all not too difficult. Everything was provided in the kit with pretty good instructions as well.

Just ordered, another project for the weekend I guess:

          http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....#ht_2528wt_905

I am hoping I got a decent balance here between cost and quality. They seem like they have been around for a while and couldn't find anything negative about them on the net so I figure I will give it a go.

Second battery has been fitted, grounded and is now running amps and UHF. Will move spotlights on to it on the weekend. Waiting on the Matson system to arrive.

Ok this weekends projects which have been completed included:

                          1. Hooking up the dual battery system.
                          2. Moving all accessories on to the aux battery and
                          3. Hooking up the roof lights.

Some pictures below of the Matson system installed.

The came the fun of hooking up the roof lights. All in all this is not too difficult to do. Ran a 25 amp black cable up the drivers side in the side gutter of the windshield. This went in to a weatherproof junction box with a distribution panel inside that hooked up the individual positive wires of each spotlight. Combined all the earth wires of the spotlights, drilled a fresh hole in the roof cage and secured the ground point. Modified the original IPF wiring harness to take a slightly larger power wire to run to the lights and then piggy backed everything else of the bull bar lights. The hardest part or should I say the more tedious part is making everything look neat.

                          And the finished product:

Sadly I sold my bike today, but on a positive note it means I can go and have a look at a colour coded Sahara Bar and winch and I think that may do me for a while!

Well I have sold my Ducati so next Wednesday the car goes in to ARB at Nundah to get the following fitted:

                            Sahara bar.
                            Warn XD9000 winch.
                            New OME heavy duty coils.

                            CANT WAIT!

So I guess I will be selling the Sovereign bar and also one of the IPF spot lights so the winch control box can be fitted.

Why not have the winch control box located under the bonnet and keep the spot?
