The drawers look neat as. Seem to look better in a GX - is that because the GX don't have the rear seats that require taking out?

        Yota,
Looking really good you have done a few mods I have planned for my GXL when it arrives. Good to get an idea of what mine will look like after having a look at yours. I'm staying with original rims as was able to get 1 original rim of Ebay which will give me the 2 spares I want for my Kaymar Bar. Going to fit the Cooper ST Maxx's from new, have done deal with tyre dealer up here to change straight after I pick it up. (any day now I hope).

Glenn, this is an awesome build.
how do you find the drop slide for your fridge? they seem pretty $$, but if they are any good it would be well worth the layout.
Also your LEDs in the rear cargo area, are they part of the cargo barrier or did you put them in seperately?
                      Cheers

the fridge slid is good, makes it alot easier to find the beer in the bottom of the fridge.
the slide cost around $500 but the built in slide in the draws was around $300 so worth it.

I picked up the LED strip at the local 4wd show, soldered it in with the factory rear light, works a treat

Nice looking rig there Yota. I picked up my 150 Kakadu on Friday (pic in my avatar), it also has black rims but they are the factory ones powder coated black. They seem to blend well with the black bar and silver paint job. I may have to get the spare done as well, pretty sure it's still "au natural" under the wheel cover.

Other than getting the dealer to move my IPF 900XS spotties over from the old 90 at no charge there's no mods as such yet, still getting to know the vehicle before splurging more cash.

i was referring to the inner gaurd cracks and toyota blaming steel bars for it.

I like the look of the factory wheels painted black, but the GX comes with skiny wheels so aftermarket it was.

Ah, I wasn't aware of the cracking issue.

Fair enough going aftermarket for the GX, the Kakadu comes with beefy 18" rims.
