    Thanks Bernie,
    Yeah the sliders are a nice piece of kit. With the new snorkel tyres and slides the whole package is staring to come together nicely. Where the rig will be going though she wont be white for long!

      Whatever,
      Mate the headlight upgrade is an improvement. Gives off a cooler light spread which I find is more comfortable to drive behind. The new lights upgrade the low and hi beams. To be honest anything over stock is an improvement even a set of H4 halogens which I installed when I first got the car. I still believe hi beam is under powered so that's the reason for the spotties but other than that im very happy with the results considering the price and ease of install.

      Cheers

        Gramps,
        I ordered my SMD LED's of various ebay sellers as I found it hard to get an online store with everything in stock at the one time. Most of my part numbers are from a very informative thread from Dustie;
        http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...lbs-Changeover

        The above thread even helps out in showing how to remove covers etc.

        As for the cargo screens. I purchased them through these guys;
        http://www.solarscreen.com.au/

        I had the rear cargo bay made up but they can make anything you want even to cover all the glass in the car. I cant recommend them highly enough as their service, turn around time and quality were excellent. With all the gear ill be running in the back and the benefit of keeping the sun off the fridge I think its a great mod all round.

        Cheers,

                    Madkore,
                    The St's are louder than the old HT's she had on before but it's nothing that bugs you once your out of the end of your street. All my work rigs have various AT's so I'd be immune to any noise increase other than ridiculous. I'm very happy with my choice and the tyre looks great, can't wait to test them once I get back and the rest of the car is done!

                          Ok,
                          Been a big day in the shed but the old girl has made some more progress. While I was away I dropped her in for the fitting of the roof rack, tent, draws, bull bar and rear carrier. Have spent the day bolting on and wiring up the winch, fridge, spotties, interior LED's scanguage, turbo timer and got half the DIY rubber flairs on as well. Also spent 1.5 hours waiting in the licensing center to pick up the new plates but it was worth it in the end. I have decided on the OME suspension setup and hopefully that can get done in the next few weeks as well once parts have arrived. Tomorrow will be tackling the secondary fuel filter, electronic rust prevention, remaining flairs and ill see about the rear flood light after a few beers and if the weather holds off!

                              All the gear looks great and well put together. A lift is all she needs now!

                              I hate to ask, but is that your shed in the background??? Dunno what to be more envious of, the Prado mods or the shed...

                                Cheers Madkore,
                                Yeah its good to see things finally on the rig rather than in boxes in the corner. Haha yeah the shed is sadly not mine. Im privileged to be able to store the Prado here and work on it when I can fly into Perth. Problem is that it cannot be worked on inside it now because of the roof tent, and with this average weather around im going to have to pull out the awning to keep working outside!
