keep us posted on how your UCA goes once you have done some flexing, the T4R guys run the some ones and don't seem to have a problem with US conditions.

a mate of mine runs his on a 120 Prado up here, 8606 is his call sign, he has had no problems with some awesome flex, whats good about SPC UCA's is that with higher lifts they can be adjusted to put your wheel alignment back to spec, so if going higher lifts check them out.

        Cheers Derek

Well i finally got around to cleaning and painting my Rhino sportz bars from my old Prado. Painted them black to suit the factory rails.
Here they are dirty and original (still has Cape York dirt on them)

all cleaned up and scrubbed up with steelo wool

painted up with 2 coats black and 2 coats clear

bars sitting on the Prado, happy with the result.

              Cheers,
I'm running Leigh's voltage booster (fuse with diodes), fits in the fuse box in place of the factory Alternator fuse.

Ordered in the Fuel Octane rims, liked the look of them best when checking out pictures of them on vehicles. Just got to wait for them to come in with the offset i want.

done abit of flexing and rough track travel and the UCA's are good, would recommend these as they can also be adjusted to set up your camber/caster to factory settings with lifts.

                    Cheers Derek

You must have shat yourself with that initial plunge! How was the insurance? Did they cover it without a fight?

Many years ago I participated in the rescue of a little fourby in the Barmah State Forest that had water pouring out of it like that. One of a bunch of yuppies with not a snatch strap between them. We pulled it out with a friend's Suzuki Sierra, think it was the 3rd one that day that we rescued.

the insurance company was good, the OTT is a gazetted road so we were covered. That plunge in was a surprise as the first 2 vehicles in our group before me didn't seem to dive like that but i guess thats what 35" tyres and raised helps from doing that. I did a story on it in trips and planning called Cape York or Bust.
