hooked the shower heater up last night and all I can say is wow, value for money is great. I love that the DD batteries light the pilot light automatically when the water is turned on and off. Will put some pics up this weekend.

Took to the trailer again on the weeked and did a fair bit. Built kitchen drawers which I don't have photos of yet will put them up tonight or tomorrow.
Built a fridge slide out of duragal and also used proper bearings like the outback solutions and black widow etc. pretty simple concept and the whole slide cost about $70 and a few hours of my time.
The frame itself is actually built so that my 65L primus mammoth sits inside the outer edge, it is such a tight fit it is a struggle to pull it out of the slide so nice and secure. It will also be having hooks mounted in all four corners so that I can strap the fridge down as well
Here is how it sits in the trailer. I'll take some photos of the bearings with the slide out soon.

Knocked out a little more last night built drawers to use for all cutlery and plates etc as its next to the kitchen and the fridge slide.
Carcass built. On top houses my switches for lights, water pump and so 12v outlets and my 500 watt inverter. You can see the back of the gas hot water heater behind the drawers which is for the shower. Will put some pics up of this running soon, works a treat!
Here's the drawer inserts built from ply then painted in some leftover exterior house paint I had laying around.
Marine carpeting the front and glueing on
How they look installed with some small handles. Fits perfect with the tailgate shut the kitchen keeps pressure on them to keep them shut so no rates

Bit more info about the water setup
This is the water pump I bought here
This is how much they are at BCF and look 100% the same!! BCF link
Some things are definitely cheaper on ebay but be careful as some are not. I also bought drinking hose off ebay as it came with the good metal holman fittings which are $10 each at bunnings.
Here is that link
Water tanks were bought from BCF when they had them on sale, ive got two of the 59L poly tanks, they had them for $59. Click here
I just used some aluminium checker plate I had laying around and bent that up to use as brackets basically the same as what they have done here
All other hoses for the filler and connections I bought at masters as they have a better range of food safe water products there. I've designed it all so I can drink out of it, mainly it will be for showers and washing up etc but its good to know it can be used for drinking water if necessary. You can never have enough of that!2012 4dr JK wrangler, 3.5" AEV lift, AEV mags, 35" muddies, front/rear arb bars, tjm sliders, pioneer platform and some other goodies

If Melbournites are looking at doing this I would just go and see these guys as it would avoid their postage fees.
Link
They seem to have it all and their tanks come with all the fittings with BCF (the bastards) charge extra for! I actually bought my stabiliser legs off these guys as it was cheaper even with paying postage than I could source them from in Brissy and excellent quality.2012 4dr JK wrangler, 3.5" AEV lift, AEV mags, 35" muddies, front/rear arb bars, tjm sliders, pioneer platform and some other goodies
