Just ordered my 40" Aurora Single row LED Light Bar. 19600 "Claimed Lumens" It's currently on special at Offroad Industries if anyone is interested.
The Kit includes a wiring loom and relay and I also have on order one of their Carling Rocker switches to suit. I will probably need to fashion suitable mounting points under my Pioneer Platform as the light Bar is nearly as wide as the platform and may encroach on the plastic corner caps which wont cut the mustard as points for fixing. Until I get it home I wont know. My intention is to run the feed to the light bar up the side of the windscreen tucking it under the moulding and fixing with dobbs of black silicone to secure.2004 V6 Grande. BLACK -

I am not sure how far that rack sit forward on your roof.
i did the same as you mounting the light bar right out the front of my rack, but i only had a 22in bar mounted there.
The glare i got was horrible on the dash so i had to mount mine back behind the rails to avoid it.
Hope your rack sits back far enough to avoid the glare as the light bar looks awesome where it is now.

40"! And here I was thinking those rumours were just talk! No 2 has almost convinced SWMBO that her (150s) Britax would be better on his Rodeo and she should get an LED light bar instead.
Let's know how this goes please though 40" is about 16" too long.My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Nice build up!
Any chance of some pictures of how far forward that rhino platform sits looking out through your sunroof? I want to get one of these platforms but was concerned the sunroof would just become null and void..
Also, any reason you left the rails on and mounted the platform on top of that instead of removing the rails and going straight into the roof?My Grande Build Up

Love this platform and just couldn't see any reason to remove the rails as I like to have the option of removing the platform (4 screws and some quick release clamps) and just having the sportz bars. It only sits about an extra 12-15mm higher that the rhino roof bars.Last edited by craigm; 27-04-2018, 04:17 PM.2004 V6 Grande. BLACK -
