Coming along very nicely Razorback.
Where did you get the Multi Function Display?? I've been checking around different wreckers and they either don't have one in stock or want to charge me a couple of hundred $$$'s.

i got mine from a wrecker in Vic for $110 delivered
just kept looking for Grande's and calling them up

got a bit done on the rig yesterday
fitted the rear tank for the Endless air


started to run the lines etc but still need a few more fittings

had to modify my side steps
whoever made them fitted them too close to the body & the kept knocking when we were driving over rough terrain

AMTS dropped off one of his brackets
i mounted the Racor fuel filter unit & the Pro-vent

AMTS also dropped off the new Prototype front recovery points
wasn't happy as the bolts fitted by ARB were just std rubbish bolts & not very tight
fitting the first one on the RH side i managed to get the nut holder in the chassis lined up to finish that side
on the LH side the nut holder fell apart so i decided stuff it & pulled the bar off
good thing though as all the bolts they fitted were cheap gutter bolts & the fitter must have had a weak wrist

so i made new nut holders using 1/2" UNF nuts & re tapped the front lower holes to the same
now it wont come off !!



then had to modify the King shock brackets to clear

Coming along nicely Razorback... I'm guessing those Kings shocks would be very similar to the Fox gear i'm running. Did you have to make those front resevoir mounting brackets or did they come with the Kings?

they come with them , as they relocate the front sway bar forward 20mm & down 12mm
i had to modify the brackets as they hadn't allowed for that rear bolt on the front bar

yes similar to the Fox but these run viton seals, higher grade oil & have compression adjusters plus they are 2.5" front & rear

My Fox Shox also came with brackets but the drivers side didn't allow for the windshield washer bottle. There is not enough clearance to mount the reservoir. I had to make my own up.

When you say 2.5" front and rear, do you mean as in extra height? I thought mine are adjustable to 3"? Rears are longer than the bluemax shocks that came out

the brackets came with the shocks
but once you add the ARB bar & then recovery points the brackets had to be modified

once i had done it i traced them and sent them a copy so they can make the adjustment for future sales

as i race them i am bias towards the Kings they seam to handle the heat better & the seals are better
to the point i service my race shocks once a year but do customers Fox shocks at least twice for the same time racing till i upgrade the oil & seals then they are the same

had a quick trip down to BeachPort a few weeks back
so i had to do a temp wiring to get the endless air working

and boy was it good
at idle it pumps up from 16psi to 38psi in around 70 sec per tyre
