I would love to give you an exact price Golly but I can't.

Suffice to say I was told $1650 fitted $1550 pick up but I did pay less than that. I dumped a fair bit of money over the counter on quite a few things that will be getting fitted over the next few weeks.

Sorry I can't be more specific.

        Neil

Looks the goods mate. Let me know when you decide to fit the snorkle and battery etc please.
I might be able to actually help you for a change, hope Im not on shift at that time is all.

I was thinking of the dual batteries as my next add on, not anymore, Im on the march to get a set of Maxtrax next....saved my bacon on Sunday at Whitehills, was getting very wet tyres and looking concerned for a minute there.

Your truck is looking good there ... good to meet you at Leachy's the other weekend. I can feel a day of swapping bull bars coming on, much like what you did. The bar on our truck is unfortunately an ARB non winch bar but we want to be able to mount a winch for our travels ... this whole Prado thing is expensive!

Pole carrier is back on, I have to make some spacers for the Awning as it can't sit flush due to the perspex.

looks the goods now Neil...was a lot of fun watching your face for sure.

Troy was no help at all....well he did a good job of putting it in but man he yanked your leg at times.

Have to admit that it was a lot easier than I expected it to be, apart from the nuts being hard to fit it went on well.

                    Now for the lift......

                              Re: 2008 GXL

OK been a bit remiss since the lift.

Late September/early October I installed a GME TX3440. The Main unit is behind the factory mounted radio under the dash, sorry no pictures until I need to go in their again

I grabbed a twin mout RJ 45 connector from a local electronics store and have the mic connected to one. I am planning to put the other to a GPS 16 antenna and feed into a netbook running Ozzie so I have a bigger map screen.

I cable tied the mic holder to the passenger vents of the AC makes it easy for either to get to and keeps it cool

Have a large 4.5 DB antenna and an even bigger 9 DB one for the open road which were gifted to me from a mate. See pics in next post.

Early December I managed to get the Dual Battery installed.

Running a Piranha DB 180 with an Old Remco 100AH AGM at the moment

Excuse all the dust just got back from a couple of days at Lancelin followed by an afternoon driving near Dwellingup.
