Hi Paul, agree mate and I need to fix it. I will take care of that tonight.

Just ordered my tyres, hoping to have them fitted today however I left it to late and they wont arrive until Monday / Tuesday. Some new BF Goodrich All Terrain KO 265/65R18's! Looking forward to them being fitted.

I have also decided to keep the draws, will finish fitting them tomorrow so that I can check for rattles on Sunday during the trip.

Thanks Jeff, thought I would get them working right first and then start on the rest. There was around 80 photos that I had on the build, its going to be a long process...

Off for a wee drive tomorrow so I finally finished fitted my Drifta draws (well 90% finished them) so that I can use my fridge slide and have my recovery gear on board.

The draws with my Weaco CF50 mounted to the ARB fridge slide using the ARB tie downs.


I bought 4 of the BMW tie downs for the VX and used a turn buckle to lock the draws in place. Nice and easy to remove and I have the 7 seats in 5 minutes.


The ARB Fridge Slide and Mounting straps, great bit of gear! The straps are very well thought out.


The fridge fits in with plenty of room and when the draw is fully out the lid opens without issue.


I just have to finish the wing kits now, this should be an hour task next weekend and I have some great ideas in mind to make it suit our usage very well. I had these up for sale a few weeks back now and glad that I did not sell.

Hi Mike

You can fit these draws with a fuel height barrier installed, as these are made to your specs (ie custom) you would need to allow for a barrier in length. I would have the barrier installed first and them measure and order the draws.

I am holding on to a faint hope that Milford release a safety net for the 150 however this hope is fading fast.

Just about every Co. I spoke to make custom half barriers to your measurements... costs about $150.00 over the standard full barrier charge.

Finally had the new tyres fitted today, looks and drives great.

BFG 265/65R18's fitted, only got 4 but think I will order the 5th to fit to the rear. Happy as!
