Samo you're just teasing me, the ute is looking good.
My order on the BT has been cancelled ,deposit refunded and still after week 4 wifes CX5 is not back from Mazda yet,new fuel pump fitted still not going. Getting thoroughly pissed off with Mazda . So at the moment I am back driving the Prado after cancelling the sale on that,trying to work out what to do,maybe might wait until the new Hi Lux is released early next year with a petrol motor.
Keep the pics coming just to annoy me

Russ I think the current model hilux has just gone Deisel only so I can't see the new one having a petrol option.

Well Samo i decided to join the ute party the old 1Kz goes next week for a LS Terrain Dmax with some fruit thrown on it a little down on power than the BT but compared to the prado goes like a rocket so looking foward to seeing what you do with yours for some ideas

nice work chester, anything goes like a rocket compared to the 1kz, but lets see if they are as reliable, time will tell if it is. whats on the bucket list for goodies to put on the Dmax? cheers samo

Samo it is the same engine as the previous model with new internals injectors, injector pumps and intercooler position so a substancial increase in Power and Torque 130kw / 390 nm i think. It also comes with the Asin 5 speed auto out of the 100 series and early 200 series so the driveline sounds pretty good

As for the goodies list
It came with a heap of stuff so only a few things to add
ARB suspension upgrade
Snokel
Duel Batteries with sockets in the rear tub and in the cabin as when you fold the rear seats up it makes a nice fridge platform
Even though it is an EGR canopy ARB are going to retrofit one of their tradesman racks for me as well
