well i got hardly any feedback so i just bit the bullet and ordered 285/70r17's ATZ 4rib, they go on saturday

get my car back this arvo !

Looking good!

Ironman do a 15mm strut spacer (pretty sure at least), dunno if I'd be worried about CV angles though with that in.

How much did the tyres set you back if you don't mind me asking?

yeah thats a spring spacer, i am after a strut spacer, between top of strut and mount. the tyres will be 2100 fitted for 285/70r17 4rib atz's will be cheaper for your 16's

ah gotcha. I thought you just mean a spacer to suit struts, not to space the actual strut itself. Is it legal?

That price is pretty reasonable for 17's. I think the cheapest I could get mickeys when I was looking a couple of years ago was about $450/tyre

yeah that's the idea but nowhere near that big, that would be huge lift from that spacer, i'd be looking a half inch which would lift the car around an inch over my current 2 inch.

here is the latest pic got the foglamps in, just have to wire them up, have to sort out what indicators i want to use and have to re mount my spotlights all in all i am very happy with the look of my new bar and grill

wired up my foglamps they are awesome should have my spotties fitted up tonight i'll put some pictures up

also just got my car back from getting the wheels moved forward they gained i think around 15-20mm of clearance for me, i don't even think at this stage i will need to lift the front up any more. I suppose i will find out looks like there is plenty of room to make with the inner guard, mudlfap and seam etc. All for my 285's to go on saturday morning.

productive night, here is what i have done to the body seams, pretty sure i'll have to take more off of the flare, what do you guys think is this enough ??


Also fitted up my led bull bar combination lamps instead of the crappy unsealed ARB ones.



and then i finally got around to mounting my spotties think i am going to need to space the hoop up 5mm or so to get some room for adjustment for them though and i think some re wiring is in order.

Hi Sam,
Have you had any issues with the 33's scrubbing the rear of the flares at full steering lock?
