Re: what camera do ya use for ya pix

We use four Canon digital cameras. 3 x compacts and one larger one (with telescopic capabilities). This ensures that plenty of angles and perspectives are achieved (Me, Wife and one between the children) whenever we go somewhere. Seeing all the different images taken by three different perspectives sometimes add something special to our photographic 'memories'.

The kids, especially, seem to come up with some doozies when it comes to capturing a completely different perspective or point of interest for a photo. Sure, many don't exactly work out but when they do, the results can be very impressive.

        All Canon here too.

        5DMkII and a 30D
        various lenses - 17-40/4L, 70-200/2.8L IS, 85/1.2L, 100/2.8 macro, 50/1.8, 400/5.6L

Seems to do the job, although eventually I want to upgrade the 30D as it's getting long in the tooth.

I use a Canon 500D with the standard twin lens kit... goes ok but want to pair it up with a nice lens

My dad uses a Canon 5D MkII with 3 varying L series lenses. Might see if I can borrow one of them... although each one costs significantly more than my camera

I've got a Nikon D60, good one for a beginner like me. Still have no idea what the buttons are for though. Got 2 lenses. Looking for a good macro lens if anyone can recommend any???

Looks like ill be the first to post a Micro Four-Thirds camera setup.

I currently use a Panasonic Lumix G2 with the Panasonic Lumix 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 Lens and the Olympus M. Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f4.0-5.6R Lens. I like it, its nice and compact compared with other cameras and it produces a nice image quality. (...well i think so )

Does anyone know if the Nikon P510 is any good. There not a cheap little camera and not as good as a DSLR but for the price $433.00 do you think they would be alright for a mug photo taker.
