Yep - that spec model looks good for the price. Although, if it is an ex rental, i'd go through the poles etc with a fine toothed comb. Twice i've seen Sapradogxl hire one of their campers with broken poles etc (pole not broken, but connectors etc faulty). You could probs push them down on price a little too

Rob - they are well built, but 21 grand for their top spec trailer, and it comes with archaic mechanical brakes, and a push pump? I'd expect way better than this at that price level. No doubt the trailer/build is good though.

They are a good price with some great ideas, and Rudi is good to deal with. BUT, the build quality on the trailer could have been better. Also, with the tents being made offshore, no two were the same and setup never seemed quite right. With the annex attached, the tent door never zipped up on mine and a couple of others I knew.
04 GXL - Red Centa dual battery, Alloy B/bar, BFG AT's, Rhino Rack commercial bars x 3, GME TX3540, TJM roof cage, Outback Ideas recovery points, LHS rear drawer, 2" Dobinsons/Bilstein lift, ARB CKMA12 air compressor, CoilRite airbags, ARB 2.5m awning, MCC Dual Wheel Carrier, Eagle Eye headlights with 55w hid lo beam.

Have you checked out: New Challenge 'Meridian' off-road Camper Trailer (w/pics), or Challenge 'Walk In Deluxe' Camper Trailer Review, or Campers ???

I have one and love it. They are excellent IMHO.

I can set mine up by myself, but is a sinch with two persons. Time to stop and then fully erected (without annex) about 10 mins. With full annex add another 10 mins.

When we did our TRIP REPORT: Central Australia, Oodnadatta and Flinders - PradoPoint with our Challenge trailer, we never needed extra fuel, water or other supplies for the whole trip. With 150L of water, 8kg of gas and an extra 80L of diesel (in addition to our Prado's 180L), we were totally self-sufficient.

          My Challenge

I can't rate the trailers or their back-up service enough.

See my thoughts here at http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...Trailer-Review.

Since this I have added a tropical roof and annoyed Colin at Challenge on differing upgrades.

Well worth a look. I have two relies that have them as well and they are rapt. One in particular gets a hard time (they are currently at Mt Dare going to the Alice) and it has been without fault. Very well made but you can customise them as you want.

Have a look at myswag.org - I seem to recall a top of the range 2010 Cape York Extreme on sale there from Jamestown.

          Enjoy

I thought the current model was electric brakes and 100mm frame now? Oh and lifted 2 inches! seriously.
