    I got 140ltrs tonight at woolies was $1.16 then got 4c ltr off So $1.12, Drove past a BP and Diesel was $1.23, So either BP are getting greedy or it's on it's way up again :cry:

      Finally... diesel here in Darwin is CHEAPER than ULP.

      Diesel now 129.9c/L
      ULP is 130.9c/L

        Here in Melbourne, Diesel is now 12c/L cheaper than unleaded. It's been a long time since the balance was like that!
        Flinders Red 2008 VX D4D, Sovereign bullbar, snorkel, Opal Nav System, Reversing Camera, Dash Cam, GME TX3440 UHF, Piranha DBE180S+ dual battery, TPMS, winch and light bar.

              Diesel in Singleton is currently around 130.9 at woolies (they think we are all coal miners) so I have filed up a couple of times in Cessnock at 114.9

                  ULP $1.16L (Has been since just after Christmas went up from $1.04L)

                  Diesel $1.29L Hasn't changed much since last 1/4 2008.

                  We get robbed at least 5cpl on ULP every other day, and when Diesel is cheaper than ULP in Bris, Syd etc, out here it is still almost 15cpl more than ULP.

                  LPG here $0.759L and in some places in North West QLD up to $1L - Not even worth considering out here...

                          I bought diesel today - 160 litres, and was advertised at $1.17. When I paid, I checked the receipt and was charged $1.179 per litre. Is this legal :?: It effectively cost me 1c more per litre than the advertised price. :evil: I know its only $1.60 difference, but that's not the point. :roll:

                            It probably will depend on what bowser price was actually displayed to you - as this is the actual offer you are agreeing to when purchasing fuel. Nonetheless, I think you have a good point. Double-check with Consumer Affairs. Pity it wasn't the same as the scanning code of practice (ie if the item's price scans wrong then you get it for free).
