I think the colour is red if you dislike and then the amount of green (none to green) depends on how many green bars you have yourself. I think AMTS clarified this (?) somewhere else.

What is reputation?
Reputation is a way of rating users depending on the quality of their posts. If the administrators have enabled reputation, then the reputation icon will be visible in posts.
Reputation may be positive [green], negative [red] or neutral [grey]. Negative reputation may only be given if the administrator has enabled this. Neutral reputation is only given when the person giving reputation does not meet the criteria set by the administrator to affect someone else's reputation.
How do I give reputation?
To give reputation, click on the reputation icon in the relevant post. This will reveal a form to complete with the reputation type and the reason for giving the reputation. If negative reputation is disabled then it will not be displayed in this form. You may not give reputation for the same post twice.

Actually they aren't too expensive. And you can't build a gazebo on a poly tank and if you could it would be too small! I think it cost me $11,500 for the bio cycle and tank and the tank was only a couple of grand. Do the Internet search and get a price, you might be surprised. I would expect two 25,000L poly tanks would be about the same cost as a single 45,000L concrete tank. Originally I wanted to build the garage on top of the water tank but when I cut the top off the hill for the house foundation I discovered my block was sitting on a massive granite rock. I also worried about oil leaks etc contaminating the tank water. So the tank moved down the hill about 30m from the house. Now I think of it the tank price didn't include a day for a 15t excavator to make the hole. 9m x 9m x 2m. Still pretty good value though.
