We had them on a ski hill truck (GMC 2500, from memory) - worst thing ever!

    1) Turning - forget it. After a month, steering pump had to be replaced. Two months later the whole steering rack. This was on snow....

    2) Issues with the Tracks, re-torque the hub nuts - that was the solution to everything.

    3) Top speed is like 40 Km/h from memory.

Avoid at all costs!! I rather be pulled by Holden than have those things....

Though this might be the go, with a Prado body on her - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQwu9rhSfj4

LOL. I can only wish. Was a day mucking around with tanks and Armoured personnel carriers on a private property.

Those things are the coolest things. I think the KLC should purchase a few for weekend activities.

Sounds like they need reversing cameras!
I've always thought pushbacks were a worry, a reversing camera would be nice. The responsibility of the pushback is in the hands of the engineer operating the tug. Unfortunately Virgin decided that it didn't need qualified engineers to operate the tug anymore...

Reminds me of when I got taken for hot laps in a Celica around Sandown Racetrack but my driver was a rally driver (Neil Bates). It was a bit like this F1 driver taking his missus round the track in a Honda Type-R except I didn't yell at the driver :-

Can you imagine doing that in a Prado LOL? And no I wouldn't because that would be foolish.

No, she bought me a picture of a Shelby Cobra, just like the one sitting in my garage (replica of course).

It gets out and about frequently. I did an oil change 2 weeks ago and took it to Broad Arrow just to check for any leaks.

                              • Mine is louder than that 427! Met Carroll Shelby in his Vegas workshop in 1997. Quick, back to topic before somebody complains. Actually, SWMBO only comes out in the car once a year when we cruise the streets of Kal looking at the Christmas lights. She doesn't like going around corners fast. Bloody sook.
