We also crossed the flooded Eyre creek in 2010, but not in the Simpson, in 2012 and 2015 on our Simpson crossings it was dust dry.

I will dig out another photo shortly.

very quick and correct AJ, that was 2010 in August and we had to drive south of the actual crossing as it was too deep to cross there, there was also big lakes west and east of Big Red
