Being made redundant from the large national company you have been with for over ten years after never putting a foot wrong, busting my arse for the good of the company, beating over 2000 other applicants for one of 7 apprenticeship positions with the company then at the end of our apprenticeships being told we will not be kept on by the company because the bastard beancounters have found a loophole in our contracts whereby they can retrench us without having to give us any redundancy package or one of the 170 VSP's being offered.

I know wheree you are coming from there Ben, I had nine years putting up with horrible conditions and turning $hit into strawberry jam everyday only to get told to F-Off cause your not needed. Rest assured that when one door closes another one opens and no doubt a good sparky will get plenty of work.

Last I checked, this was a volunteer moderating team and there are commitments outside of pp lik earning a paycheck. The boys are doing an excellent job at keeping the spam to a minimum, amts especially!
