Telstra: 8 days to connect my internet, 17 calls, suggestions by me of the problem only to be told no, I don't know what I'm talking about (I admit to beng computer illiterate) and then TADA! I was farken right and its finally connected. Oh BTW seems they have about 200 levels of escalating an issue. What a bunch of twats......

Caravan camping and off road Sale, 28th-31st July at the showgrounds. Got a couple of half price entry tickets sitting in front of me, I will be in Adelaide but still can't go. Now that ticks me off.

Hahaha not the thread I thought it was......... I was wanting to add, bloody kids looking at iPod and not looking at the view when were travelling. Yeah I know it's a bit anal and kind of grandparish, but I had to and now the kids wonder how come I know so much about this country. Well it's because my face was not buried in a bloody ipod for hours........ Arrrrrrrrrgh. Well apparently I have some issues :-)

i've done similar things, i lost a linkage pin on a slasher once, thought it was too hard to have a walk and find it... I hit it on my next pass... definitely made me think twice about searching if it ever happens again..

It happens a couple of times a year unfortunately. It is one of the things that worries me the most about 4WDrivers, so many don't have the slightest idea how to recover safely, and the price for getting it wrong can obviously be very high. I would go as far to say that a training certificate being needed to buy a snatch strap would be worth considering.

It was on the Perth Channel 9 news but they said the tow bar came off while towing someone. No mention of being on a beach, bogged or the tow ball.
